Oh Ann poor you.

I am in my 60's and still have my teeth.
Getting a bit ready to fall out i8 think! :-0)

Jannine, DON'T drink or eat, until it stops.

Lie down and rest, it may stop bleeding then.
Is it actually bleeding, or just kind of 'seeping'?

Hi Ann
I am not a dentist. As my mug says -
I am a filling fixer, patient preparer, saliva sucking dental assistant.

Ann, I saw the dentist today and she agreed to take it out for me. I had a feeling it wouldn't be done today. Quite relieved it wasn't. She had overun her appointments so didn't have time.
I've booked an appointment for the 15th Feb. I'm dreading it but I will go. Thank you for asking.

xx

I hope my wisdom teeth don't have to come out... the remembrence of listening to my brother have a tooth pulled out when he was abt 14 is still with me, the horrible crunching sound was gross and he had be scraped off the ceiling lol.

And that's cheap nowadays for a tooth, my friends 5 year old lad has 2 front teeth out and I asked him the other day if the tooth fairy had been yet and what had he got... his reply was no she hasn't and is having £30 when the tooth fairy comes. Glad I'm not his mother lol

Can you drink soup? I once resorted to drinking tomato soup through a straw when I had a large molar out.

Joanne Are you a dentist?

Janet, how did you get on with your appointment?

just be grateful you have choopers - my Mum ruined mine when I was a child by giving me stuff called Parishes Food because she thought I was too skinny. Rotted my teeth and at 22 years of age had to have them all out!!!!

I've been having slight problems with a wisdom tooth for a while and I've finally plucked up the courage to book an appointment. I want the dentist to pull it out before the pain gets worse. The problem with me is the last one they took out I almost fainted beforehand. It's taken a lot of courage to book an appointment. My appointment is tommorrow and to be honest I'm nervous about it. I know they won't do it tommorrow, or at least I hope not.

It's probably not bleeding that much, but mixed with saliva looks a lot more than it really is.

I'm probably the only one on here that loves taking out wisdom teeth!!
