sending e-mails thru Genes? i'm trying to reply to a message but i just keep getting error screen and nowt's goin thru! c x

Its just a temporary problem with GR, Ive noticed that posting messages is also very slow today.

Having trouble getting on to Ancestry now! can tell it's going to be a bad day!!!!!!

Hi Just to let you know that Ancestry is down and wont be back up for a couple of hours, thats what the guy said when I called anyway, so fingers crossed! Debs x

I have found that since yesterday afternoon, a lot of us are having problems trying to send messages through Genes. I have also found, that even when it gives error message ... and says message NOT sent ..it actually HAS sent message ! Just ignore the message, use the BACK key and then go back into Messages and check the sent messages, I've found that all mine have actually been sent ! I've been receiving 2 and 3 of all messages cos everyone's been trying to send again !!! Good Luck Dancer x
