Hi everyone, Would anyone be able to check an 1881 census image for me. On the LDS site I found my ancestor William Aylett b.1830 Great easton, essex living with his wife Sarah b.1827 Faversham, Kent and 2 children George j. aged 13 from Marylebone and Rose H. J. aged 9 from Marylebone along with William's mother Sarah aged 88 from essex. A while ago though my mum and I got in touch with a distant relative on this side and he told us that he had found other children living with them in this census. Can anyone check the original image for me to see if he is right. I've just looked at ancestry as they have a free transcription of this census too and they have the same details that I had originally, but I noticed that it says it's indexed by LDS so it might just be the same as the LDS site. Here are the details of William the head of the household: Name: William Aylett Age in 1881: 51 Age months: 0 Estimated birth year: abt 1830 Relationship to head-of-household: Head Gender: Male Where born: Gt Easton, Essex, England Address: 4 Sun Cottages Civil parish: Marylebone County/Island: London Condition as to marriage: Married Occupation: Sawyer Source information: RG11/0151 Registration district: Marylebone Sub-registration district: Christchurch ED, institution, or vessel: 1b Folio: 49 Page: 35 Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance, Suzzanne
