It seems very complicated when sending multiple messages to people on the names summary. Everytime I send one message I have to go through about six pages to post another message, can anyone help me please. elaine:))

Hi Elaine, I think you have to send messages one at a time, I have never tried sending multiple messages. You aren't related to the Fairbrothers in Sheffield are you? If so we might be related!! Margaret

Elaine, Instead of just using the 'back' arrow to go back to the name summary, try using the dropdown beside the back arrow. That way, you can go back the six pages in one go. Just remember that the page will be exactly as you left it; just hit 'refresh' to update. Margaret

You will often find that 'Contacted' appears alongside many of the names after you have sent the first message. Try refreshing the page. MB
