hi does anybody know what TY pontypridd was in 1948 as ive had my g grandfathers death cert and that was the place that he died any info would be great thanks clare

Ty is Welsh for house - I didn't understand your question. Ty would be the same in 1948 as any other year.

in 1948 my g grandfather died on his death cert place of death was TY pontypridd the place to day is the dewi sant hospital in pontypridd but i was just wondering what it was in 1948

If it is now the Hospital maybe it once was Pontypridd House. My guess.
