At the moment I am subscribed to both Ancestry UK and Find my Past. I have got a hint from Ancestry of someone who may be my ancestor. Its a newspaper hint, and when I tried to see it, I need a different subscription for it, so couldnt see it.

My question is, would the same article be in the newspapers in Find my Past?
I am having trouble finding it in Find my past.

Its J. W. Swindle that I am trying to find out about.

I can't find the article on Find my Past and I haven't got a full subscription to Ancestry.

The record IS on FMP!!

It’s a report of a funeral attended by J Wallace Swindle, J Swindle and N Swindle, among many, many others

The deceased was a farmer named G. Short

Thanks very much ErikaH for confirming it is on FMP. Also you have just confirmed that it is about my family, as the surname Short is closely related to the Swindle side.

I'll have another look on FMP now I know its on there.
