The same tree has John's death as 6th Jan 1863 in Leith. There are several possibles on scotlandspeople - his death cert should give you his parents' names. There are a few possible births and baptisms on familysearch for Callender. |

Female deaths are usually indexed under their maiden name although I have found exceptions to this. Also some given names are interchangeable for example Christian/Christine Janet/Jessie and therefore could be indexed in the alternative name also Mc and Mac names are commonly recorded incorrectly. |
