Throughout Start Your Family Tree Week there were some great prizes available to win in our daily competitions. Thank you to everyone who entered, and the winners have now all been selected and emailed so make sure you check your inbox, and your junk folder just in case!

Here are the answers we were looking for:

Day 1
Question: At the 2014 Who Do You Think You Are? Live show in February, Genes Reunited will again be at what number stand?
Answer: Stand 631

Day 2
Question: How many people have the surname Tree in the 1911 Census for England and Wales?
Answer: 988, according to the Genes Reunited records

Day 3
Enter our "Family at Christmas" photo competition! Recent or several-generations-old photos welcome.
Thank you to everyone who sent in a photo!

Day 4
Question: When was General Civil Registration of Births, Marriages and Deaths introduced in England and Wales?
Answer: 1837, 1st July

Day 5
Question: The Passenger Lists available in Genes Reunited's Travel and Migration records cover all ships leaving the UK between which years?
Answer: 1890 – 1960

Day 6
Question: For what years can you see UK Electoral Registers on Genes Reunited?
Answer: 2002-2013

Day 7
Question: Censuses have been carried out every ten years since 1801 - which year's has been the only one to be cancelled?
Answer: 1941 (cancelled due to the War)
