Hi to fellow Youd researchers,

during the course of my research I have come across a U.S.A passport application (dated May 1920) for a William Henry YOUDS b.24th November 1864 in Liverpool, England. He is wishing to travel back to Liverpool with his wife to visit brothers who may of been wounded in WW1 and other relatives. He gives his wife's name as Maria (maiden name not given), also born in Liverpool. He states that his father was Samuel Youds and that he immigrated to Nebraska, USA in 1907.

This family is unrelated to my Youds and therefore, I'm happy to pass the 2 page document to anyone researching this line. It is accompanied by a photograph of William & Maria and would be a nice little find for a descendant.

Please get in touch if your interested in this line of Youds.

Regards Val, 23rd Feb 2008.
