Member Since: January 2004 Posts: 8 Send Message	Tracing family of my Witham ancestor Sarah (Sally) Witham. They came to Gloucester, MA (orginally Gloucestershire) from Endland or Canada. Sarah was born 10/11/1779, married Elisha Brown, Jr. In Gloucester, MA, USA 0n 04/03/1793. Had a son, another Elisha and possibly a daughter, Sarah. Elisha, Jr. (the husband) died in Surinam in 1802, whether in battle or as a mariner (seaman) I'm not sure.
