Fourth Marriage of Thomas Williams (b 1806)

Your assistance please!
I'm looking for a or even several needles in haystacks.
Thomas Williams (b1806)was my GGGrandfather.
He first marriage was to Mary Davis(b1809) in 1830.
His second marriage was to Margaret Herne(b1818) in 1844. His third marriage was to Ann Williams(b abt 1805) in 1849. He then married his fourth wife abt 1870.
All I can glean about his fourth wife, is from the 1870 census in Crickhowell. The census shows her name as Elizabeth aged 51 and that she was born in Malling, Kent. Thus I'm looking for an Elizabeth (somebody) born in the Malling district of Kent around 1870. Yes I know it's all a bit vague especially when dealing with such a well used surname as Williams in Wales but any help would be greatly appreciated.
