Looking for my aunties OLGA & IDA WILLIAMS originally of Tylerstown, Rhonnda Valley, Sth Wales. Settled in London from Wales in 1940s. OLGA married KEN (SURNAME?)- an englishman. They had a big family:BRYN, DAVID, GWEN, RHYS, BRIAN, MERYTH IDA married Walter JENKINS. They had 2 girls: JACKIE (adopted & possibly in Canada) & MARIA My father was DAVID ARTHUR Williams 1919-1969. My dad came to London in 1939 and subsequently served in the armed forces during WWII. His father's name (My Grandfather) was also David Arthur Williams born around 1880's. My grandfather "POPS" was known by the name of "Yankee Dai" as he spent some time in USA. He fought in World War I in France. He married Elizabeth JOHN aka "Bett", both came from Tylorstown, The Rhonnda Valley, Glamorgan. She was a formidable lady who marched to London on a protest and had Communist ideals! They moved to London in the 1940's just after the war, as did OLGA & IDA. [My grandmother's mother's maiden name was ROBERTS and she married a second time to a Jack GRIFFITHS.] Our family would love to know if OLGA & IDA are still alive and to make contact with their children. If there are any links...........please reply. Thanks!! Maria - contact through daughter Sara Crean PS: got pictures of my grandparents on the tree if you think they are a relation!
