Has anyone got access to the 1841 census? I have been able to trace my family back to the 1851 census, but can't back any further! Parents: JOHN WILLIAMS born c1800 at Woodhouses Staffordshire. On the 1851 census he's a Provision Dealer. Does that mean Grocer? MARY WILLIAMS born c1797 at Sutton, Warwickshire. Children: ELIAS WILLIAMS born c 1835 at Woodhouses Staffordshire. THOMAS WILLIAMS born c1839 at Woodhouses Staffordshire. I wondered if there were any more children that had possibly left home by the 1851 census. I would be grateful for any info on this family. Thanks, Karen. |
