HELP NEEDED PLEASE. I have been looking for my grandmother's birth for a few years, I had been told she was born in Wales. I have found her now and she was actually born in West Leigh, Lancaster. I know now her parents were Robert and Eunice WILLIAMS and came from Denbigh?, in Wales. She had a sister Anne, c1865 born in Flintshire? and a brother David b1882 at Seaham Colliery, Co Durham.
Margaret E WILLIAMS married John P BROAD 1909 at The Welsh Presbyterian Church, deceased 1943. They lived in Byron Street, Sunderland. Her husband was from a mining family.
Names given to me from relative living in New Zealand. Sister Anne had daughter Margaret WILLIAMS b1887? Margaret had 2 children Eunice and David?
Brother David married Polly? Could be short for another name. They had two sets of twins, Clair? and Dina? and David? and Daniel? David (father) was killed in a pit accident???
Members of the family have lived in Sunderland,Chopwell, Rowlands Gill, and other places but thats all I know. Thank you in anticipation if anyone has any information.
