Have you got one of the birth certs for the mums full name. Mum may have been married before as WW1 was just before the elder childs birth. |

I have just looked at all Wells born in Bartley on the 1911 census and there are several families all gypsy living in the forest. No Frederick though. |

Well that gives a bit more help. Funnily enough I was in the New Forest today and visited Paulton theme park. There is a small country life exhibition and there was a photograph of 2 Osmans who were gardeners there. |
