Find Ancestors

I have traced back my grandads dad Harry Richard Wells (1889) his mother was a Fanny Elizabeth wells born around 1860 in london. I have her in the 1891 census as a domestic house maid in Brooke House, finchley. His father is unknown so Harry takes his mothers surname instead. But I cant find anything from that point about his mother. no death records nothing
I am fairly new to all this so it could be a case of I cant see the woods for the trees
Any help of what to look for next would be fantastic

I have Harrys birth certificate which lists him as born on the 13th october 1889 born at the hermitage, Potters bar, south Mimms not registered until the 17th December

After this date I have been unable to find him with his mum

A possible marriage for her in 1903.

The family always said little Harry was found under a bush and had no parents (which he obviously did) he just refused to talk about it

Shame as his son is now 95 and in bad health and I would like to tell him abit more, you'll understand why.

Its got her address at time of registering him as 58 albert road, kilburn, willesden, middlesex. as per declaration dated the 16th
This was the day before the certificate date. not sure what that means if anything.

Looking at 1891 and 1901 they are living Denmark Rd. According to google map the distance between these two as 0.1 miles! Looks like the guys found your family, well done to them!
