Find Ancestors

Hi all,

I am trying to find any information on Daniel Weeding, who I believe married Mary Maria Hinds, I have checked bdm and found a marriage q Mar 1841 Cambridge, but unfortunately not all the woman are listed.

Their son Joseph died in Australia in 1923, aged 76 years, which would make his birth about 1847.

Also, I am not sure if you can help me with this, Joseph's 1st wife Louisa died in 1874 aged 35, on death record it says born in Suffolk, and fathers surname Battram, (on children births spellings Baltrum, Barthum, Bathum) and mothers surname Collins, could you please check to see if you can find a marriage.

Hi all,

I have found a marriage of William Elsegood & Elizabeth Collins on bdm Dec 1858 4a 1201, could someone please check to see if this has been incorrectly transcribed, and should be Battrum not Collins.

These appear to be Benjamin and Elizabeth's children's christenings all in same year ..... but no Elizabeth.

Maybe she was born prior to the marriage so would indeed be Collins ( her mother's maiden name)

Also, if possible Daniel Weeding c1819, parents names & marriage.

Could not find any marriages on free parish reg.
