Looking for Watson family descendants from 1841 census (Isaac Watson and Margaret Lindsay) Gilmerton ,Liberton ,Edinburgh other names in family. Anderson. Johnston. Grossert. Campbell. Wilson. Lees. Watson family occupations were,Tinsmiths,Hawkers,General Dealers and Horse Dealers. Anderson family occupations,Horse Dealers Grossert family. Occ. Blacksmiths and Gen Dealers. Campbell,s Horse Dealers. My Watson family were of the travelling people,who travelled around these area,s Stirlingshire Lanarkshire Fifeshire Dunbartonshire. Linlithgowshire. and Midlothian. Last census record i have. 1901 Field near Shawburn Burnbank Hamilton. Isaac Watson Head 60? Hawker born Glasgow Susan (Johnston)wife 54? born England John Neilson son-in -law 30 Mary Neilson(Watson) wife 26 Jane Watson daughter 20 born Eaglesham Margaret Watson daughter 17 born Carluke James Watson son 13 born Kilpatrick. Robert Watson son 9 born Forth and Mary Neilson Grand daughter 3 born Linlithgow. Jane Watson married a James Wilson(Also of the travelling people)They married 1907 in Glasgow although they both lived in Renfrewshire.
