I am trying to trace my great grandfather William Watson born 1900 in Paisley. He married Flora Wenn in 1928 in Barrhead. They had 4 children and then Flora died during childbirth in 1933 aged 28. Her husband, William Watson disappeared and left his sister Catherine Wenn from Campbeltown to bring up the family of 5 children. I cannot find any trace of him. Is it possible to search the census after 1901?? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Karen. |
