Trying to find Ward

I have been trying to find details of my grandmother Mary Ward for many, many years now. I don't know too much about her - my father Thomas Arthur Ward was born on the 21st June 1904 in the workhouse in Callen Kilkenny. I have his birth certificate which indicates that there was no father named so I assume Mary was a single mother. My father joined the British Navy when he was 14 years old, in 1918 - and we have details of his service from then on - but, until 1918, we have no knowledge of his life. I have searched for Mary for many years now - I know she lived and died in the 1950's in Dublin and lived with or married a Mr Graham - there were other Graham children Maggie, Jimmy and I belive Polly. I have no knowlege of where Mary was born - Kilkenny Genealogies have not been able to come up with any information whatsoever. I think she may have been very young when she had my father, but that's just a guess. Please, if anyone shed some light, anything, anything, I would be so grateful - here's hoping Bridget
