Find Ancestors

Please can anyone help. I have a marriage certificate for Philip Rickard B1814 Torpoint. I have info on Philip but what I cant find is any info on his wife. She was called Catherine Voscova and was born 1827 Kent. Her father was called Joseph and was a Ferry Carpenter. I assume this would have been the Torpoint Ferry. I cant find him or Catherine on any census or birth records. I can only find her after she is married to Philip. They married 1854 Stoke Dameral Plymouth.
