Can you help in finding the maiden name for Minnie born c1872. Married Frederick Thomas Adlam in Oct/Nov/Dec Qtr in 1889 in Barton Regis, Bristol. In the 1891 cencus they were living at 4 Dudley Ter .Cardiff. Have not found her Birth or Death.

.Hello All

I am asking for your help again please! Have been looking for Minnie's death today and have looked from 1891 to 1970. Found only two. They are Oct/Nov/Dec 1958 Minnie Adlam Age 75 Vol 7c Page 637 Warminster
and Jul/Aug/Sep 1962 Minnie A Adlam Age 80 Vol 7b Page 29 but the ages do not tie up.

She did not appear on the 1911 cencus with her husband Frederick Thomas Adlam (shown as Stepson to the head of Household) and his son (My Dad) (18 years old shown as Grandson to Head of Household) who were living with a George William Downing Baller (Head) and Family at 300 Stapleton Road Bristol. Any ideas please?

Could Minnie have married again after Frederick's death?
Have you got his death certificate to see if she is the informant, or what information is available there?
With Minnie's birth certificate there will be exact date of birth, so you can try and look for her that way if a very elderly lady.
Could she have stopped using Minnie and be known as Elizabeth?
