I am trying to trace the ancestors of my GG Grandmother Maud Mary Turland who married my GG Grandfather Walter Jellis in 1895.

I have her down as being born in Walgrave, Northamptonshire q3 1875.

This looks like her, just a mistake in the census:

This could be his parents' marriage, but you'll need to get his birth certificate to confirm this

Yes, his father & mother seems to bring up some conflicting info. I have also found records in the IGI which suggest that his parents where not married when he was born and he was given his mothers name - Turland. His parents later married and he has three younger siblings all born as 'Digby'.

The same thing seems to have occured with Caroline's parents. i.e. she was born out of wedlock.
Looking for the marriage on this one and any other siblings.
