There are literally hundreds of marriages for the name Florence LEE showing on Ancestry.
I was hoping to eliminate some by knowing her registered birth name.

Hopefully someone will be able to check out-going passenger lists to see if she travelled out to her brother.
Records from South Africa re. births, marriages and deaths are notoriously difficult to track down, but I wish you luck.

All the others seem to have been registered at Barrow upon Soar, so this must be her birth :

Luckily she has a middle name so it may help you.

If she IS the correct one, it looks like she never married and remained in Leicestershire as this would sadly seem to be her death:

Thx dea that changes everything the lee family in south afica can not be related. she was surpose to be buried with her brother arthur lee 1895 quorn leicester it cant the same family.Love to now what happened to him and his brothers thx kevin

Do you know that Arthur went to South Africa..... or just AN Arthur?

What is the information that you already have and know to be facts?

There are deaths for at least 7 Arthur Lees born in 1894/1895 in this country.

a norma and cliff contacted me about arthur lee. saying he was born in leicester and died in south africa.i then thought it was him . But have no real facts he was there.thx all helping me on this common name

If you have the birth certificate for Arthur (which is possibly this one):
Births Dec 1894
LEE Arthur Barrow S. 7a 143
then with an accurate date of birth we might be able to find out his death.

This might be a marriage (because it is the same area) but it is just a gamble without any other knowledge):
Marriages Sep 1916
Dutton Mary Lee Barrow S. 7a 323
Lee Arthur Dutton Barrow S. 7a 323

If it is the correct marriage, you can then look for children.

Births Sep 1919
