Hi ,Im trying to trace this family forward,Frederick Thomas Tranfield and wife Lydia Ramsey Mason were married in 1841 saint Martins in the fields middlesex there first child was Frederick born 19th nov 1841 same place.,could someone please look foe them in 1851 census,i am coming forward with this as i am trying to link them up to guernsey and checking out info sent to me thankyou for help on this

Glad to be of service -I think it possible William was in the Army earlier -the pattern of Ireland and the Channel Islands for the childrens births matches a tree I recently drew up for a friend whose ancestor was in the Army and stationed in Ireland and the Channel isles

yes they have made a hash of it in all ages except florrie and mum Emma who was born st peter port not jersey
