Hi Lew, sorry i forgot to ask you did you notice if the boy John W Swannaer age 8 is listed as a son or nephew as i never knew this person existed but i supose he would not born on the previous census and to old to be on the next....this is great!

Hi Lew,
FANTASTIC!!!!
I wondered if it would be another spelling mistake as Charles is on the 1901 census as Charles swanack and Sarah h is down as Sarah h Swanwick....but i never thought of swannaer....tried swannock and alsorts but got nowhere, this is brilliant, thankyou very much.....theres a few of us looking for this family so i will pass on the good news and sing your praises, thankyou again for this
kind regards

Hi, i'm trying to trace a Fanny Swannack born 1887 Worksop Nottinghamshire to Fanny Barrowcliffe 1847 and Charles Swannack 1856, Fanny's siblings were Sarah H Swannack born 1879/80, Charles Swannack born 1877, and Emily Swannack born 1882,
The Family moved North to Westmorland at some point after the 1881 census, i can't find them on the 1891 census but they are on the 1901 census apart from Sarah and Charles as living at The Stables summerlands Lodge Preston Richard Westmorland, Charles is lodging at Windermere and Sarah is at Natland all in the same area.
Fanny either Marries a Richard Robert Bell or a Fred Caldwell/Caudwell in 1906 at Kendal...but not sure which......haven't found any information on any children yet or been able to get to the records office....just wondered if anybody recognised any of this..
I have Emily Swannack as marrying John Mansergh Holme and Charles her Brother marries Alice Bradley back in East retford before retuning back to Westmorland - Kendal
