Am I correct in thinking that you don't actually know that George Henry Russell is the brother of the two whose births have been found?

I get the impression from your postings that you have his full name, and are hoping to link him to the other two...........please correct me if I'm wrong.

The only George Russell I can find close to 1916 with an EVANS mother.....

David - based on the age on the marriage certificate, there is a death registered for a George Henry RUSSELL in the 1984-2005 index:

A corresponding birth is a George H RUSSELL (mother Goring) in Mar quarter 1917, Dartford 2a/928

I did try, but there are just too many George Russells. Can you narrow it down in any way? A middle name/initial perhaps?

Any other snippets of info you can think of that may help?

If you work backwards - starting with his death, you may get information about his wife from the death certificate.

i would appreciate info on a marriage for george russell i believe he married in the london / kent area between 1937 & 1944 i dont have a wifes name as yet
also his death i believe was between 1970 & 1976 again in the london /kent area i know george was alive up until then
