In the Mid to Late 1800s some of my ancestors branched out and moved out of area namely out of the Shrophire Dawley area. James Poole (b1847), (Son of Richard Poole and Jane Chilton) moved to the Durham area and married an Annabella Arkless and they had 6 children.

William Poole (b1859) in the late 1880s went up to Scotland to Motherwell, Lanarkshire where he married an Eliza Haynes where they had 3 children (George, James and Joseph 1891, 1892 & 1893) before moving back down to Walsall where they then had 3 more children (Sarah (1895), Eliza (1897) and Richard (1900)).

Richard's other children Robert and Albert as far as I'm aware stayed in the Dawley area, my grandfather (also Richard) moved to the Staffordshire area after the first world war.

If there are any descendants out there reading this thread I would be interested to hear from you.
