Giraud Harriet brn 1854 Completely stuck for inf

Can anyone help please. I am trying to find Harriet Giraud. I know what she looks like, I can even tell you when her son, my great grandfather) was born and at what time!. (No record of father. GGF was Dr Barnado's boy). Harriet was born 1854 (DoB ?) . In 1861 census there is a Harriet Giraud but born 1823 so obviously wrong Harriet. I know that my Harriet was adopted/fostered by French cook. This might be Louis Giraud with his wife Harriet Giraud. Adoptee name of Harriet V Bairstow aged 6 which would fit in with my Harriet. born London St James, London Middx. I can't find birth date. I do have entry for 1881 census for correct Harriet but I can't find anything else. |
