Voting rules for ex-prisoners?

Does anyone know what the rules were regarding eligibility to vote in 1911, if you had a criminal record? So far I don't know what that crime was, (a trip to the LMA to find out, soon!) but I am wondering if that would prevent someone being able to vote, and hence appearing on the electoral register? |
