If you check out the 1911 dublin census at
www.census.nationalarchives.ie
and key in Samuel Parker 2 listings are there and the one in Stillorgan is listed as age 67. this would give his birth year as approx1847. He lives with his Daughter and Son in law and is a widower.
The other Samuel is 29 and newly married and lives in Raneleigh which is less than 2 miles from stillorgan.
They are both Church of Ireland which I would make a bet there is a good chance they are Father and son.
Hope this is of some help

I am trying to find relatives of John Parker (Bootmaker to Her Majesty) who was at 35 Dame Street Dublin from about 1830 until 1900
Son Samuel (c1847-1900)
I think he was related to various Parkers (Samuel,William,John) at 38 Back Lane Dublin

Ring any bells

Cheers Derek Parker
