Hello all,

as you know there are a lot of us Smith's out there but I am trying my best to track down the relatives of my grandfathers brother, who must have relatives alive somewhere.

My grandfather 'Thomas Arthur Smith' had a twin brother called 'Charles William Smith' both born on the 11th July 1911 in Fulham, London.
Their parents were called; 'Charles Arthur Edward Smith' (I have found him on the 1901 english census) + 'Flora Smith' (Maiden name - Meridith)

My grandfather lost contact years ago, and is no longer with us. However my father remembers Charles, he last saw him in the 'Witten or Hounslow high street area in 1962ish, where he was apparently living near. At the time he had a couple of children, and was known as Bill, he didn't live far from this area.
But apart from this i know nothing more, than his DOB and his parents names.

I am desperate to find some information on his children and there family, as this has been a mystery for years.

I am looking for some help in finding him, or advice.

I have now got hold of my grandfathers brothers death certificate!

Charles William Smith, died in Hounslow at 176 Thames Road, Chiswick W4.

On the certificate is:
His daughter ; Linda Hamilton (Obviously 'Smith'), lived in 1987 at 24 George Street, Hounslow, London.

any one out there?
