	Raymond Sidney Charles Chapman, who died 07/03/1965 in Eltham se London and was cremated at falconwood crematorium, I believe he was born 1931, although that could be wrong, anything would be a start, birthday, parents names, His mothers maiden name would be Palmer I believe. cheers Ray
