I've looked to see if I could find her on the 1901 census, ad I can't fidn a John Johnson b. ca 1851 living in Newcastle!

How do I go about trying to find my Great Grandmother's maiden name when I don't know where she lived or got married? She married John Johnson born c1851. The 1901c. has her living at 2 Corporation Street Newcastle. her husband was a confectioner. Many thanks, Helena.
