Boy Scouts in York in the 1930s

I have some photos of the scouts in York about 1936. Some of the people in them are named. My dad would have been 18 then and they all look about the same age - think they stayed longer than they did noe. I even have a photo of one lads wedding so I guess they kept in touch for a while after. Just wondered if this is familiar to anyone else- it was still early days so I guess there may not be too many troops of older boys around. It would be great to make contact with anyone who had a rellie in photo but I know that is a long shot! |
