Hi Pamela, I would say those two are definately the same family, the names match perfectly. I would be pleased that they match so well. Some of the transcriptions etc are terrible! |

Names and ages on the two census look OK to me - Walker is obviously Walter. |

Image looks like Farncett to me (if you look at Littletown towards the top of the page the writer doesn't cross his ts and the "a" after the n could be read as "ce"). Also, the image has Rebecca as born Norfolk, Buckingham - I am pretty sure the only Buckingham in England is in Buckinghamshire so I think Andrew is right is right about misunderstanding the dialect. |
