hi carol
i am trying to trace the marriage of william fredrick smith to charlotte bentley they were married in 1911,1912 or 1913 possibly in london but maybe bristol i have had no luck so far in tracing either of them william came from the islington area of london and it is believed that charlotte came from bristol i can tell you they had a child in 1912 called maude.

i hope you can help

Hi Carol i am trying to find details on john coel & his wife ( unkown ) he was born about 1797 in cambridgeshire .He died in 1851 in Essex i think . They had 7 kids 5 girl & 2 boys i think they were all born in RAMSDEN Essex from 1823 onwards
I would be so grateful if you could help i seem to have hit a brick wall

Hi Carol, I should of also said Montgomery is in Wales but he may not of been born in that County but im sure he was Welsh

Jackie - will take another look, but there are lots of Jones' in Wales, with the same Christian name!

Alyson - just been looking elsewhere for a one name study - One thing that is repeated is:

Coel Hen (or Old One) King of Northern Britain c350 - c420.

'Old King Coel'!

It would be nice to be able to get documented proof that you link with his line, but may be rather hard to find!

hi carol thanks for trying but i have now been told that william married elizabeth bentley in 1911 and williams mother was called charlotte. I am now stuck with this mystery charlotte born around 1883 she died 06/01/1939 and was aged 55 when she died she died in islington london do you think you could help me find her.
