Trying to find relatives of Sydney Henry Brooks born 1896 in Hackney. His father was Owen John Brooks born Hackney 1870, and his mother was Sarah Ann Smith born circa 1869 - also from Hackney.
I believe Sydney was a farrier in the Army in WW1 and he served at Buttevant in Cork, Ireland.
I know he had a younger sister Rose, as well as other siblings and at the time of the 1901 census he lived at Wilton Road in Hackney.
He married Revina Stilgoe and they moved to Wolston. Warwickshire.
I have been looking for a long time for any info on Sydney's family - can anyone out there help please?
