trying to find out about

George H Towner & wife Elizabeth

they were both born in 1861.

elizabeth was born Hool, sussex.
George H was born East towne, sussux.

I think george was a general labourer in battersea in 1901 but i dont have the full census details.

george could be George Herbert TOWNER who married elizabeth in dec qtr 1895 EDMONTON district (elizabeth is either Elizabeth Mary A Beales or Elizabeth Eliza Evans)

i believe they had a child Violet with them in 1901 of a different surname - but i do not know what relation she is to them.

can someone please look up the 1901 & 1891 census for these people please?

I cant find them on the 1891 census but on the 1901 census they are living in st johns, Battersea.

George born in Eastbourne, Sussex.
Elizabeth born in Houndslow, Middlesex.
Violet Vestendew, neice, born abt 1898 in Battersea, Surrey.

George Towner a Pork Butcher born East Bergholt Sussex

wife Elizabeth born St Pancras

daughters Elizabeth F age 3 and Maude age 8 months both born Shoreditch, living 25 Gifford Street, Shoreditch.

Can't find any other Towner's if that ilk
