You could have a look at the actual parish records at the county records office and see who the witnesses were at the marriage. You might be lucky and find that John's brother was a witness.

Other than that I don't know how you can find out other than going through the parish records to find both baptisms, to see who the parents were.

have looked on there but cant find john birth in 1784 and doesnt say hungerton so may have been born elsewhere
