'98TH OF FOOT REGIMENT - TIBBS STREET BARRACKS'


William Evans bn. 1821 Salford Manchester -
My 5 x GGF was listed on an 1840/41's era census document. . He married a Caroline Jones from Wrexham in Denbighshire Wales. she bn. 1829
They marrried [I believe] in Manchester cathedral. date of 19.3.1849

I am looking for;
Any information on William/Caroline/census or otherwise.

Also does anyone with Military knowledge know anything about the 98th of foot and Tibbs street Barracks.

All info greatly appreciated.

Thanks for tip. His name was William Evans born 1821 in Salford Manchester.
