Canada deaths

Can anybody confirm a Canada death? The name was Ivy Beryl Stimpson and we believe she died in Toronto (Russell Street) in 1995. She was born in Paddington, London in 1909 and was one of the Home Children sent over in the 1920s.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kim, I didn't see her on this site. However, most of my rellies/ancestors are not included, so they clearly don't have a lot of records yet. Wonderful site, though.
