I am desperately trying to find a half brother who doesn't even know I exist the information that I have been given is that he was born 30th August 1964 at Rochford Hospital in Essex i have been told that the name on his birth certificate would be Phillip Walton but that he was adopted by a family who named him Stewart James Young, as I cannot find any birth record of him I think I have been given wrong information.

Another piece of information was that he might have been fostered/adopted by a family call Maddams.

Please help I am stuck and don't know where to turn.
