Trying to find information regarding my great grandfather Angus MacDonald, born circa 1848; also his father and mother, Dugald and Catherine, born circa 1823 and 1821 respectively. I have information about Angus after his marriage to my great grandmother but can't find anything about his birth or the births and marriage (if there was one) of his mother and father. Would be grateful for any assistance you can give as I've searched long and hard through Scotlands People.

I think this is the same family, but with a MAJOR mistranscription for the father's name!
