I am looking for William Willy b. Mar 1849 in Bethnal Green. I have no other information re his family. They should be living in Shoeditch/Bethnal Green area. |

Thats just the address I was hoping for. Is the age of William clear, as he should be about 22. |

He is 12, this is the 1861 census, which if he was born in 1849 would make hime about 12. |

Thank you both Nicola and Lost for words. I think you have just found the father of one relatives, whose mother was not married. Could I possibly ask for the details of the 1871 census again as it appears to have been deleted. |

I dont think the 71 census was the right one, which is why I deleted it as the William was too old. |

Thanks Lost for words - do you have the address and RG number. I would like to be able to see if the Mayson family are living next door. |

Nicola, I think it was corrct as family members match the 1861 census. Poss his age has been transcribed incorrectly. Thanks again |

It gets better. Jane Mayson F O years old has no father, but is daughter of Jane 20. It so happens that on 1881 census William Willy is married with children and one daughter age 10 name Jane Mayson b.Bethnal Green. Could this be actual father and child ???? |

No that is correct, born Mar 1849. On 1861 census he was 12, on 1871 says 27, but I think should be 22 and on 1881 33. Do you think my connections could be correct ? |
