Father William Charles Weir (or Charles William Weir) son of William Weir possibly from Manchester. He was stationed in Malta with Royal Artillary wife was Elizabeth S ( no surname known yet. They had 6 children most born in Malta. Anne married my husbands great granddad - Jesse Jones in 1870 he was from Daventry. We would like to get more info on the Weir family history. ancestory does anyone have any info we can share? Margaret Jones (nee Tamplin)

Susannah Wilson Weir born Dec 1853 Greenwich Volume 1d page 555. George John Weir born Sept 1857 Greenwich Volume 1d page 559. Dave (No Relation)
