Thanks girls xXx I'll check the records office to see. I didnt think of the evacuees' ? << spelling..? I dont remember any stories of him being in the forces either. I know my nans dad was but not her husband (john tipton) .) It was the only explaination i could think of with the large gap between kids.. Thanks again xXx Good Luck ;o) |

Hello everyone. Can anyone help me please. I'm looking to see if a John T Tipton served in world war 2. He was from Leintwardine, Herefordshire, England and his approx birth date was 1899... He married in Birmingham though in 1932. I'm only guessing he did because of the large gap between children they had. They had children before and after which leads me to this way of thinking. |
