Long lost relatives

Hi I i'a appreciate some help try to trace some long lost relatives of mine. The surnames Guidera and i believe they lived/grew up in the Brent area of london. I have a few first names one of which is Elizabeth Bridget Guidera DOB 1989 and Mathew Colin Guidera 1986 theres another Guidera called mark who i believe was adopted into the Murray family does anyone know how to trace surnames that have been adopted? thanks

Couldn't see anything on a Mark though. I'll see if there are any marriages
