I am trying to find any relatives of Roy James Victor Pulman & wife Elsie Mary Pulman (nee Stewart) born 1906 & 1908 respectively, in the Plymouth area

Hi Belinda. I am not connected but had a look for you.
Not sure if you are only looking for up to date info or ancestry.

This is what I have found.

Roy James V Pulman born. 1904. Oct/Dec Qtr. registered in Devenport. vol 5b 329. Copy of this certificate will give you his parents and a search can be made on the 1901 census.

Elsie Mary Steward. 1908. Jan/March Qtr. reg in Plymouth. vol 5b 239.
