Thankyou so much for that help. It confirms that it was my Mum's brother born 2 years befor she was. I wonder if he died at an early age and therefore not spoke of.

I will now search for a death Cert.

send for this and you will get the full certificate, his mothers maiden name is Newton which should give you a clue to if they are the same mother

In all the Documents I have from my late mother. I have come across a birth cirt for John Henery Charles BATHE. 7th July 1915 it is only a small cert and not a full one. It looks like it could be my mother brother. She never knew about. I am new to this and have no idea how to obtain the information.

If any one could help with this I would be very greatful.
